Introducing our new Self-Service experience! Say goodbye to waiting in line at the counter. With our automated KeyBox system, you can swiftly and conveniently collect your rental car keys on your own terms. This service is exclusively for customers who have Platinum Insurance

How It Works

Before your arrival, please ensure you complete our online check-in process. You will then receive an email with a code for the KeyBox. The code will be sent 1-24 hours before your arrival. This process ensures a seamless and stress-free experience, allowing you to get on the road quickly.

Pick-up Instructions

At Keflavik Airport:
Our friendly staff will greet you in the arrival hall. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please contact us at +354-787-4444.

At Our Office:

1. Proceed to Self-Service Area: Upon arrival, head to the self-service area.
2. Booking Code: Insert your booking code into the touch screen and press "search".
3. Retrieve Your Keys: Once located, retrieve your keys from the KeyBox.
4. Close the Box: Ensure the KeyBox is securely closed.
